1. Company's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
1.1 AML Policy:
Nigebet may block funds if there is suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, with notification to the authorities. Also, may refuse to perform a transaction in case of suspicious activity without notifying the customer.
1.2 KYC Policy:
Nigebet may block an account if the requested documents (identity, address, source of funds, utility bills, mobile phone payment receipt, etc.) are not provided.
Blocking in case of suspected fraud will continue until the investigation is complete (the investigation may last up to 180 days).
Nigebet may suspend transactions in case of questionable transactions (e.g., different deposit/withdrawal methods).

2. Nigebet May Block an Account
2.1 Confirmation of playing with someone else's card or access by third parties—may result in the cancellation of predictions and possible account blocking.
2.2 Re-registration with someone else's data—cancellation and blocking.
2.3 Use of third-party wallets.
2.4 Violation of rules (e.g., withdrawal without bets).
2.5 Detection of suspicious transactions (mismatch of sender and account holder data).
2.6 Failure to provide documents for AML/KYC.
2.7 After a fraud investigation, account closure, payment cancellation, and transaction suspension are possible.

3. Conditions for Prediction Cancellation
3.1 A pre-match prediction made after the event has started is canceled.
3.2 A live prediction is canceled if made: at the moment of the event, after it has ended, on a known result, or after a significant advantage of a participant.
3.3 The organizer may cancel a live prediction if there is suspicion that the client knew the outcome, without the obligation to prove it.
3.4 If an event is postponed for 3+ days, the prediction is canceled.
3.5 If postponed for less than 3 days, the organizer may cancel the prediction before the end of the event.
3.6 Predictions on canceled events are canceled, except in cases where the result is determined (e.g., "who will score the 1st goal").

4. The Nigebet May Cancel a Prediction
4.1 Staff errors or technical failures (without recalculation).
4.2 Suspicions of unsportsmanlike conduct, collusion, client affiliation with the event, etc.
4.3 Playing with someone else's card or third-party access to the account.
4.4 Re-registration with someone else's data.
4.5 Prohibition of simultaneous predictions by a group of people on the same outcome to bypass limits—such predictions are canceled.
4.6 Change of goal scorer in Live before correction—cancellation of predictions. After the match—calculation according to the initial result.
4.7 Dependent events in an accumulator: the event with the highest odds is considered, the rest—with odds of 1.00.

5. The Nigebet May
5.1 Calculate according to the initial result, even if it is later changed. Source—official data or broadcast chosen by the organizer.
5.2 Limit the maximum number of prediction coupons.
5.3 Limit or deny customers access to services, promotions, and loyalty programs without explanation.
5.4 The organizer has the right to request documents to confirm data and suspend payment until they are provided.

6. Nigebet Security Service May
6.1 Reject withdrawal through electronic systems if funds were deposited in the same way.
6.2 Refuse withdrawal if deposit/withdrawal amounts do not correspond to bets (bets ≥ deposited funds, odds ≥ 1.10, without opposite outcomes).
6.3 Refuse if the account is used for unintended purposes (confirmation is required).
6.4 Block transactions if fraud is suspected without notification.
6.5 Refuse withdrawal through third-party details.
6.6 Offer bank transfer instead of other methods.
6.7 Block the account during verification (up to 180 days according to payment system rules).
